At PAWNOVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is wrong, please write to us from the Contact Us page: we will be happy to help you.

Change or cancel order

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this deadline, the order may already be in process: in that case, you can still return it by following the return procedure below.

Return within 30 days

The law provides 14 days for the right of withdrawal: we extend them to 30 days from delivery. To initiate a return, write to us indicating the order number and the product to be returned, and we will send you shipping instructions.

The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, and complete with all accessories. If it is used or damaged beyond what is necessary to verify its characteristics, we may withhold an amount equal to the decrease in its value.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.

Refund

We will issue a refund within 14 days of your return request, using the same payment method used for the purchase and in euros. We may wait until we have received the product before proceeding. The refund also includes the standard shipping costs of the original order.

Damaged or defective products

If the product arrives damaged or does not work correctly, please contact us with a photo: we will arrange for replacement or refund at no cost to you. We ask you to report transport damage as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Consumer Code.

We do our best to deliver every order on time. In case of delays or problems with delivery, please contact us: we will handle it with the courier.
